Your Questions, Answered

  • I am available during regular office hours, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm unless I am in court. Please schedule meetings and calls with me so I can make sure I am available.

  • I am located in the Kilburn Mill. Check out the Kilburn Mill directory for a map of the building (linked here). When you enter Kilburn Mill through the main door, walk forward. The second path to your right is Whaling City Blvd., which runs through the length of the Mill. Take that right, and walk straight down to the end.

You will see a large column with lettering that says “More Shops” as well as a sign for my office. Make a slight left around the pole and walk down Cranberries Court. My office is on the right just past the fire hydrant. Office hours are by appointment only.

  • I intentionally keep my caseload small and selective so I can focus on fewer clients at a time. I don’t lose emails, I don’t miss deadlines, and you are more than just a docket number to me.

  • Please keep all substantive legal communication over email, including the sending of documents and pictures.

  • Many of my services are flat-rate and transparent as to what exactly they entail. You can view my pricing for flat-rate services under my “Services” page.

If you need me for ongoing representation for a court case, my services follow the standard hourly rate model using a retainer. A retainer is an amount of funds that you pay upfront and held in a special account for you. All hourly billing is charged to that account. Periodically that account will need to be replenished, depending on how long your case goes on and how much work is required. Any remaining funds in that account is returned to you.

In opening this firm, my goal was to be able to offer the lowest prices I could. By keeping my overhead low, I have been able to significantly reduce my hourly rate.
